Background:Johnson County Community College and former Hayden High School standout Cody Schumacher joins the Giants on the mound this season. Schumacher was named to the 2009 Class 6A All-state team and was a 2008 and 2009 All-city selection. Cody looks to step up this summer with the Golden Giants and showcase his outstanding fastball and curveball.
